I never thought I would become a Realtor.

However, after years in the residential service industry and a degree in psychology I realized that I have two passions: homes and people.

For most people buying or selling your home is one of the largest financial transactions you will make. You need someone in your corner who understands you and your real estate goals. As your Realtor, I will go to great lengths to make sure that your interests are protected in all aspects of a real estate transaction.

As a Realtor, I love getting to get to know my clients and learning about who you are and what you need. Everybody’s situation is very different, and I do not take your trust as my client lightly!

Hey, my name is Gabe, I am very excited to be serving Quinte West on the Bouma Team. My wife and I just moved to the Quinte West area and we are loving it. Just like Elaine, I first got to experience the business at a young age from watching my dad who is also in the real estate industry.

I was drawn to real estate when I started my first job in construction. I was so fascinated by how structures are built that I felt it only natural to get my certificate in home inspection. By this time, I thought I knew it all and decided to buy my first house in Peterborough. Soon after, I came to realize that there is so much work behind the scenes that a good realtor does for their clients.

My realtor put in so much effort to help me be happy with my first purchase-and I was! The amount of skill and insight brought to the table gave me a new found respect for the industry. And here we are! I can’t wait to turn my passion for this lovely part of our province into a passion that will find you your next dream property!
